Feb 16, 2016--CIC started processing your application.
Feb 23, 2016--Sponsorship has been approved and file has been transferred to LVO (CPC-Ottawa)

Permanent Residence--
Jan. 3, 2014 ---APP received by CIC
June 15,2016--CPC-Ottawa started processing your application
June 15.2016-- 收到 Medical Exam and original police clearance certificate request通知
June 17,2016--到醫院體檢及上傳original police clearance certificate
June 25,2016--Medical results have been received
June 28,2016--收到Right of Permanent Residence fee and provide sponsor's birth certificate 通知(當初忘了寄英譯本 )
June 29,2016--上傳繳費收據及sponsor's birth certificate英譯本
July 08,2016--網路狀態顯示Decision made

我现在网上看是６月２７日CPC-Ottawa started processing your application,但是没有收到任何email和信，这样正常吗？

是的,你可以用你父母的UCI number (非sponsor)去查會有更仔細的information,記得選"Immigration" not "Family Sponsorship"

恭喜恭喜！ 我这网上状态还显示 application received 七月六号收到的体检通知和补未犯罪记录证明通知。看来他们不是给所有 case 都网上更新啊。 2014.1.14申请收到。连 sponsorship approved 的 email 都没收到。。。我的也是转 Ottawa的

我的和你的一样，我前面写的不完全正确，偷懒copy楼主的。
问题是没有收到体检email呀，楼主的好像是开始处理就发体检email了。
