加拿大方面传来消息---本来移民周期3-4年,现改为1-2年!!

照这么说，新程序是加拿大暂停受理新案采取的措施咯。因为不能明确说暂停受理新案，那样会被舆论攻击。那么就用新程序来控制案子的进度。因为新程序以后的案子都只有基本的申请资料，而没有supporting documents。这样，移民部就可以控制好进度了。

有道理！现在新法下的进程已经掌握在移民局手中了，他们掌握了主动权，只有旧法处理得差不多了，才会腾出手来开始处理新法下的案子；所以九一前递料的筒子们有望在接下去的二年内结案。
