飞龙你好，有个问题请教一下。今天刚刚失去工作，可以申请普通的EI，同时今年8月份宝宝出生，因为夫人没有上班，所以也不能申请父母假。我是不是现在可以同时申请普通EI和父母假（EI)?因为考虑到春节可能回国，申请父母假EI这样回国的时候还可以领EI,同时父母假没有两个周的等待期，所以打算先申请父母假。但是普通的EI好像要在两个周内申请，同时父母假没有结束的话，能不能直接同时申请普通EI呢？谢谢

可以如你所说的，先申请父母，最后等父母EI结束后，然后没能找到工作南昌转普通EI。父母假有两个周的等待期，其后转普通EI就不需要了。

Nov 1-Nov14 waiting period, Nov 15- Nov 21 第一次payment.
我的问题是1.最后一张pay check 是Oct 30日发的里面有vacation pay（不是在waiting period收到的）, 现在Nov 15- Nov 21的payment 里扣除了一部分vacation pay,这样符合常理吗？
2.做完下个report后，下个payment是不是还要把剩余的vacation pay一并全部扣除呢？

飞龙，你好。我申请了病假转普通EI，从申请那周到这周已经是第五周了，查看ACCOUT里显示还是没做决定，will review information by NOV.29. 请问飞龙，病转普通EI这种情况一定会打电话调查吗？到现在都没接到他们的电话。

那就等到29号再看。不一定打电话。

但官方说的是while you are receiving benefits or later for a period that benefits were claimed, generally affect payment of your benefits. 但我的vacation pay是在claim EI 前收到的，不是官方说的在收benifit的同时或 claim EI后。所以说很疑惑。

这句话完整是这样的“Earnings paid or payable by your employer at the end of your employment, while you are receiving benefits or later for a period that benefits were claimed, generally affect payment of your benefits.”
这么理解“在你停职前的收入或雇主所给的收入，当你在领取EI或迟后期间，通常会影响EI”.

这要看你的ROE上面是否已经记载到这一项。
