ROYAL OAK 大家覺得如何??

那边天气怪怪的。经常从1a路过,看看对面tuscany正常,反而royal oak要么下雨要么飘雪。
 
很好很方便,好多森林空气特好,喜欢burnaby地势高,一副高高在上的样子哈
这是卡加里的royal oak,不是本那比的oak
 
Depending on where the house is, if it is close to Walmart side, then you will be dealing with high traffic volume of gravel haul trucks. There is a gravel pit on 112 Ave NW which supplies gravel for the City of Calgary. If you exit the community from Twelve Mile Coulee on the west side, that you would not have this issue.

所以需要自己会看房子,或者有懂行的朋友帮忙。不能指望靠中介或验房师。
还是忍不住说两句,论专业和对房子的了解,还是地产经纪和验房师,好的地产经纪一年要看上几百套甚至上千套房子,好的验房师一年也要验上几百套房子,整天浸泡在里边,对房子的好坏和社区的了解,不是一般人能比的,作为买房人,要看多少套才能达到自己会看房子的程度,所谓懂行的朋友,也不会比积年累月浸泡在房产里的专业人士更懂行。所以关键是找到靠谱的有职业操守能维护客户利益专业人士来帮忙,而不是寄希望于自己成为专家或不是业内人士的懂行的朋友;)
 
If he / she wants a relatively newer house, he would likely need to go outside of Stoney Trail. Most houses within Dalhousie were built in or before 1960s, unless it was rebuilt.

It really depends of what matters more to the buyer. School, commuting distance to downtown, newer house / floor plan, or else?

挺新的小区,房子价格适中,虽然在环线外,但是交通方便,生活也便利。就是如果在东南上班就太远了。公立学校不怎么样,如果有钱可以考虑renert school。上升很快的一个私立学校,又没有老牌私立的傲慢。
