还是忍不住说两句,论专业和对房子的了解,还是地产经纪和验房师,好的地产经纪一年要看上几百套甚至上千套房子,好的验房师一年也要验上几百套房子,整天浸泡在里边,对房子的好坏和社区的了解,不是一般人能比的,作为买房人,要看多少套才能达到自己会看房子的程度,所谓懂行的朋友,也不会比积年累月浸泡在房产里的专业人士更懂行。所以关键是找到靠谱的有职业操守能维护客户利益专业人士来帮忙,而不是寄希望于自己成为专家或不是业内人士的懂行的朋友;)所以需要自己会看房子,或者有懂行的朋友帮忙。不能指望靠中介或验房师。
If he / she wants a relatively newer house, he would likely need to go outside of Stoney Trail. Most houses within Dalhousie were built in or before 1960s, unless it was rebuilt.
It really depends of what matters more to the buyer. School, commuting distance to downtown, newer house / floor plan, or else?
