How do I cancel my booking online?

Click on the Manage my Bookings tab at the top of any aircanada.com page and find your booking in one of two ways:
Access a single Flight Booking by entering your booking reference, last name, and the number of the credit card used to make the booking (the number will be used for retrieval purposes only); or
Sign in to access all bookings in your account, then select the booking you wish to cancel.
On your flight booking page, click on the ‘Cancel Booking' link and follow the easy instructions to cancel your booking.
Once the cancellation process is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided at time of booking.
