今天打电话咨询了一下加成,我变8的事情,他们解释说因为北京使馆来了新的移民官,所以大部分变8了,转香港不可能!

与咱最早的猜测相符。

从香港调进VO帮忙审理北京的CASE，与CASE被分流到香港效果是一样的，应该高兴才对呀！
