直接把你的情况以及电话的时间内容写个书面的东西，EMAIL和传真过去，并表明是紧急材料，要求CIC核实情况并作出书面的严肃的解释。
先不要慌乱，静观其变。
我认为直接去香港不妥，你又不知道找谁，况且人家也不一定让你进去，就算进去了你也不一定说的清楚。有可能的话，请咨询中介的移民律师。

I got a phone call from Immigration Office in Hong Kong and was informed that my visa to Canada has been cancelled. My visa of permanent residency was granted in Nov 2007, and I just picked it up in Hong Kong on Apr 7th 2008. During the phone conversation I was asked not to land in Canada and if I do so, I would be rejected. I was also asked to return the visa, which has already been affixed to my passport. There was no reason given at the conversation. So I request for a reason before returning my visa back or reclaiming RPRF.

记得楼主在DM之后几个月才查询PL的, 估计PL已经过期太久了. 根据PL上面的说法, 60天内不取签需要重新申请.
同情.

可是4月份我已经在香港取得签证了啊.

电话通知无法律效力, 但确是最直接最及时的. 因为事关当事人随时登陆, HK必须采取最快捷的方式联系当事人. 否则玩笑真开大了.
建议楼主立即跟HK书面联系, 在得到准确答复之前不要退还资料.

楼主你何必在这里被一帮骂你是骗子的傻B看笑话，他们是不会同情你，这种事别人也帮不了你，我建议你去香港跑一趟。

其实上次PL邮寄丢失之后,我已经当作没有这个签证了,所以心态上这一次要好受得多,在这里发贴不过是发泄发泄,同情对我来说也是于事无补,我知道一切还得靠自己来.

楼主，你的签证上写的是2008.4.16是登陆最后期限啊！！那就是说你去贴签证的时候，这张签证已经快过期了！赶快联系移民局，如果方便最好马上亲自去移民局问清楚。如果移民局认为是他们的过失，可能会重新发签证，或者让你重新体检（照此推断，你的体检应该是去年4月做的，已超过一年），再重发签证。最差的结果就是你得再重递申请了！！

很可能是这个原因，要LZ退回去重新再做一张
