看看加拿大一流的道歉技术,本来挺生气,现在气也没了,就等着收到一张赠与的家庭票了。希望有效期到明年夏天的。别让我现在大冷天还整天下雨再跑去看什么动物,估计去了也就不知道到底是谁看谁了。肯定动物们躲在屋里看着我们偷着乐呢!

I was called by the Manager of the Membership Programs of the Vancouver Aquarium about your recent visit to the Greater Vancouver Zoo. Please let me say how truly sorry we are for the inconvenience and error on our part in respect to the 20% discount that you should have received, as a result of being a member of the Vancouver Aquarium and our partnership.
We greatly appreciate you bringing your visit and experience to the Vancouver Aquarium’s attention. This is definitely not how we want to treat our guests and good members of our partner the aquarium. I have spoken to our front admission staff and provided some additional training to ensure that this will not happen again.
