Definition: Wisconsin Statutes, Section 50.01(3).
"Nursing home" means a place where 5 or more persons who are not related to the operator or administrator reside, receive care or treatment and, because of their mental or physical condition, require access to 24-hour nursing services, including limited nursing care, intermediate level nursing care and skilled nursing services.

养老院多久能建好？建快了，526没批，钱能动吗？建慢了，526批了，钱不能动？

CHAPTER 50 UNIFORM LICENSURE
50.03 Licensing, powers and duties. (1) PENALTY FOR
UNLICENSED OPERATION. No person may conduct, maintain, operate
or permit to be maintained or operated a communitybased
residential facility or nursing home unless it is licensed by the
department. Any person who violates this subsection may, upon
a first conviction, be fined not more than $500 for each day of unlicensed
operation or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both.
Any person convicted of a subsequent offense under this subsection
may be fined not more than $5,000 for each day of unlicensed
operation or imprisoned not more than one year in the county jail
or both.

我们养老院还没建呢，这个不适用我们。等建好，DHS会来审查，给我们执照的。
你还太心急了。我们的项目，不用你挂念了。好好搞你那个奶牛场吧。别忘了提醒场长，千万别雇非法移民，不然投资人的绿卡就被他们给耽误的，你的前途就不保了。

EB5的资金，是用于改建，是用于改建之后的养老院运营，还是二者都有？
我的项目，在EB5资金进入之前就开工了，现在楼都盖完了，租的好象差不多了吧。项目方有报告，还有少的可怜的一点利息。我懒的看，因为已经跳了火坑，就认了。
我是区域中心的大项目，闭眼投的，而且是新区域中心的第一个项目，赌的是他们还想继续骗钱，所以第一个项目不能做太烂。

这个项目跟一般的项目不同。 酒店的卖方H.J.MARTIN同时也是工程的承建方。H. J. MARTIN公司是做装修工程的。我们的资金到位是指EB-5的资金526批准，从监管账户转到TITLE公司的账户。这样H.J MARTIN 会开始工程改造，改造结束后，有政府验收，我们可以得到养老院的开业执照，才在title公司交割，我们的资金才一起交给H. J. MARTIN 公司。
当初，H.J.MARTIN公司只是出售小酒店，我跟他讲，我不对酒店感兴趣，如果他把酒店改成养老院，我就会买。所以合同写是在养老院执照拿到，整个交易才完成。
我们现在的EB-5资金已经在监管账户里。本来EDWARD 要在10/23日酒店做完最后一个婚礼合同后就结业。但因为12月的时候，有两个周末本地的大家族包了酒店做节日家庭聚会。我坚持要继续履行这些合同。所以把工程推到明年一月。那两个家族是本地的大户，如果我把他们得罪了，CRIVITZ 这种小镇，以后我这养老院就不用再开了。

不错！看来起码526投资者还是挺放心的，不过执照又是个问题哦，执照没拿到，钱已转到公司(也就是说已开始支付建设等相关费用)，总还是给投资者不怎么塌实的感觉哦。注册或登录来发表评论
