对于cic处理移民申请的过程，Tim是不明真相还是故意不懂？还是我糊涂了？

我写信告诉过Tim简化申请程序的审理过程，也告诉了他今年上半年开始审理的香港SAP,整个花费时间是4-5个月。

我给律师的信贴上：

Dear Tim,

We don't agree that our 35 litigants' cases will be finalized within 180 days of submission of updated forms, and insist that we should be finalized by Oct 14. Secondly, 6 months is not fine to us. And we don't accept that.

If CIC do not agree, it would be the most ridiculous thing under the sun. And we need you to state that clearly, we 35 do not accept 180 days.

要求一个明确的结案日期是最正确的做法，不会产生歧义。
6月中旬判决刚出来不久，我看到Tim给大家发的他给cic的结案要求后，其中我们这些从来没有更新过申请材料的人的结案日期是"nine months later"，我就写信表达我的反对意见，我说这样写可以是9个月以后、一年以后、三年以后、10年以后，我请他改成一个确定的日期，比如2013年3月14日。他当时回信说要求一个确定的日子对cic不公平，我当时感觉他是cic的律师而不是我的律师。我又写信争辩的，他回信很生气，说如果每个人都这样给他写信他一天什么事情都做不成了。

如果670人是差这两月结案的话,我还真无所谓，这么久都等了，不在乎这几个月了。问题是670人真的危在旦夕了。

我当然写过信，说我们宁愿casebycase，也不愿意进入集体诉讼，当然法官强制CIC执行协议是最好的结果。TIM没回，后来群发了封解答各种问题的汇总，也许写的人太多了。

根据3，他没有反对对670人一刀切。

其实一个大前提是35人怎么也不会被切的，cic已给出了时间框架，拖是拖不死的。

他是要求CIC让拿ME的人结案，哪里看出没有反对一刀切？
