昨天给cic打电话了，2011年7月申请，9月ip，10月18转local，12月中，背景调查结束。现排队等考试。

Called CIC for the first time today. Applied in early December, 2011. In process on Nov 27, 2012. CIC agent said they are still doing background check before transferring my file to local office. Sigh, still need to wait for a couple of months for my test.

By the way, is the background check done before or after the file is transferred?

Montreal: 2011年5月1日签收，2012年6月RQ，至今音信皆无。郁闷等待中。。。

请问一下：in process后面还有显示转到哪个local office吗？如果没有显示代表什么？会不会是在背景调查呢？

打电话去问，说在做背景调查，请问是不是这样需要多久啊？

2011年8月寄的申请，前几天收到挂号信被RQ了，要求补材料，说是2012年6月就给我寄过信要求补材料，可我真的一直都没收到信啊，而且网站上的状态一直都还处在已转当地开始处理的状态，根本没有发信RQ的信息，包括这次挂号信。信上还说这次在3月4号之前再不交材料，申请就会被取消。太郁闷了。。。。

2011年8月寄的申请，前几天收到挂号信被RQ了，要求补材料，说是2012年6月就给我寄过信要求补材料，可我真的一直都没收到信啊，而且网站上的状态一直都还处在已转当地开始处理的状态，根本没有发信RQ的信息，包括这次挂号信。信上还说这次在3月4号之前再不交材料，申请就会被取消。太郁闷了。。。。

赶紧准备把，移民入籍是个麻烦事儿。

Same thing here. I called yesterday, and was told they are still doing background check. And I actually submitted my application in August, 2011. IP in December, 2012.

11年七月底申请，12年12/11入籍考试，入籍宣誓通知书13年2月15号通知寄出，三月一号唱歌温哥华。
