请问是不是先普签后超签更稳妥？

移民、留学及签证的申请没有一个固定的模式，每个人的情况都不同。

从法律规定和实际结果来看，普签和超签之间都没有必然的关联。

被拒签不要气馁，仔细排查申请文件是否有具体的问题，找到症结解决后再次递交申请。如果申请文件本身没问题，那只能归咎于运气了。签证申请不同于移民申请，签证官可以基于个人意见来做结论。

那么普通探亲签证和timing有很大的关系，1-4月比较容易签过，超签有这样的现象吗？

请问lz拿到续签以后，在续签到期之前，出入加拿大的话，不会影响续签有效期吧？

孩子11岁，父母在加拿大且有移民身份，孩子在中国读书，2012年卡已过期，未住够时间。
请问：孩子想去加读书，能否申请TD或是陆路入境？是否需要放弃身份办理团聚移民？

续签是指延续在加拿大的居住时间。一旦出境，是否能够入境及入境后能居住多久都要看当时的情况。此外出境去美国和St. Pierre and Miquelon，不算离境。

太太已回中国很久，现在的情况是枫叶卡在有效期内。

我听到一种说法，只有公民先离开加拿大去中国，或者公民和永久居民配偶同时离开加拿大，永久居民才算做陪伴公民海外居住，将来换卡才可以算天数。我想求证这种说法的真实性。

谢谢您的详细说明，这段文字我也看过了。可能主要在于accompany的定义不是那么明确吧。我作为公民，如果要去海外，我的配偶必须陪我去，那她在海外的日子应该在换卡时计算。现在的情况，是我回中国找她。换句话说，是我作为公民去陪她，不是她陪我。这样的情况会不会在换卡时不考虑她在海外的日子。这是我听到的说法，我也我的担心。

原谅我的罗嗦！谢谢您。太太还有不到2年就要再换卡了，希望到时候能找您的公司委托代办。

你好，我想咨询一下，关于联邦移民的推荐信，可否不含工资呢？而用工资证明补充，原因是，公司规定，推荐人不能知道我的工资的，我很难将这个加入去，谢谢
