买了房子可以申请funding.

家里有人工作视情况不同,政府有标准上网站一查都有了

如题。
车子坏了，急等车用。破车子总有诸多的问题，想买个8000左右的车子，再过三个月准备申请政府funding，现在购置8000元的车是否有影响？
听说是去年9月已经取消4500元的买车限额，不知消息是否正确，谢谢！
