Nice apartment!

I sold one apartment last year, and felt really bad for that - not because of money. It's like a surgery, taking something away from my life.

My new house is much better than the previous apartment, but each time I passed by I will look up and search for the window that used to belong to me.

Yesterday when I talked to my son about taking him to Canada for one year, he was worried and asked me not to sell our house. I assured him I won't. He missed our old apartment so much that once he asked me to take him back. He was so dissapointed to see that the new owner has re-decorated it and he could find nothing in his memory... I hope that is the last time I have to sell my house in my life...

有时真的觉得不管是什么总会有这种依依不舍的感情。

谢谢各位朋友关注。房子已被定下了。

没有变故的话，很快会屋归有缘人了。还真巧，是我国内的邻居（不认识的）看中了。我们真的卖了的时候，心里是不舍得。为了生活我们得四处奔波，月底马上就去蒙特利尔了，忘不了这里我们曾经的美好回忆。。。

如果重返回多市又不买HOUSE的话，我们很可能会依然眷恋这个楼盘。

原因是觉得这里各方面都不错，环境好，面积又够大：加上室内车位的话，实用面积达到110平方（绝非国内那种公摊式算法），非常的好用。去了蒙，估计在家的旁边有篮球场是不容易遇到的。

这里，我想提醒朋友们。依我的愚见和遭遇：贷款购房时尽量不要选择固定利率，你算计不过银行那么多专家的！当初我就是信了网上约克大学的所谓专家几十年的研究报告，说是购房贷款选固定到最后总是比浮动好。实际情况我一年就多支出了1千多。由于违约，还罚了我2千多，如果是浮动，损失就少很多，也非常机动。

比温哥华便宜好多哦，可惜啊，但是蒙城和多伦多都太冷了，我吃不消的，所以这就是代价
