部分TZ总是喜欢自己去乱推断这个只适用于227后的，从现有的官方资料看，是占不住脚的。
1、如果这个官方手册只适用于227后，那么呢，文件内应该有明确注释，但根本没有。
2、如果这个官方手册只适用于227后，那么呢，肯定还有适用于227前的手册存在，方便大家查阅。但现在根本没有。
3、还有部分人说这个手册内有227的职业限制，所以手册只适用于227后，这点也是占不住脚的。因为这是个通用文件，肯定要包括227后的职业限制。同时官方网站在很多地方都明确指出227前不受职业限制，227前的TZ肯定不会对此有任何疑问。
作为逻辑分析的常识，我们分析问题和下结论要注重证据，所谓这个文件只适用于227后的证据一件都没有，现有的证据都表明这个手册适用于所有的申请，为何却一定要去臆断呢？

谁对谁错，都无所谓。不过中介是不会给你签证的，给签证的是加拿大移民局。
移民局审查你的案子的时候，是不会以中介或你我的话作为依据的，VO是以官方手册为准。
所有的答案都在手册里写得很清楚了。
