在谷歌地图上，查Camosun College在downtown。不过，好像好几个分校，在维多利亚大学附近有一个。我想以后读这个大学的经济学，不知道能不能在附近租个房，先读camosun在大学附近的分校的语言学校，然后转到大学，这样方便一些。

是不是新移民，读语言必须到downtown呢？

新移民可以去ICA或者移民中心读免费的英语。如果想take a program, 建议去Camosun或者UVIC读语言，这样提高的快。UVIC的学费比较贵，反正现在学费都在涨。如果新移民的话，是低收入，可以申请financial aid,也一样在Camosun免费读英语。

Camosun有两个校区，一个在landsdowne,一个在interurban.

如果想读UVIC经济的话，可以在Camosun先读语言再take some transfer courses，就可以到UVIC读大学了。不过等你来了之后，Camosun的留学中心会提供很好的服务的。到时候你会明白的。Good luck.

2年时间飞快，回想起来，还是学语言的时候最快乐。也许那时是我登陆的蜜月期，蜜月期结束后矛盾和冲突产生，心情很低落和消沉。2年来，心情起起落落，但是一直坚持着学习。Until now, I finished English Grade 12 and one certificate. In summer, I found a job,so it's nothing to worry about living. Next, I may keep working on learning English and thinking about my career and future life.

[FONT=宋体]登陆维多利亚已经差不多[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]天了，倒时差将近迷糊了一周，建议登陆的朋友在飞机上好好睡觉，不过有孩子的就没有办法了（像我一样），睡不好时差的反应比较明显。[/FONT]
[FONT=宋体]其实登陆很容易，跟着下飞机的人一路走，下了电梯有人引导，一步一步跟着走就是了，拿号拿表拿资料，等待移民官问问题，等的过程中出去拿了行李放在移民办公室的外面，没人拿，我倒是没啥事的时候看两眼，其实没必要。问我的问题就是犯过罪吗？有几个孩子？完活。我看问主申请人的问题也就是带多少钱，犯过罪吗？有几个孩子？很容易回答的问题。共三个地方签字，留地址走人。照片没要。大概出关就用了将近[/FONT]1[FONT=宋体]个多小时，感觉很快。至始至终没人检查行李。[/FONT]
[FONT=宋体]在要出玻璃门的左手边就是[/FONT]PCL[FONT=宋体]，交钱上车，直达维多利亚。超级顺利，中午[/FONT]11[FONT=宋体]：[/FONT]10[FONT=宋体]到达温哥华机场，赶上了下午[/FONT]3[FONT=宋体]点的船，下午[/FONT]5[FONT=宋体]点多就到达了维多利亚的[/FONT]downtown.wish me luck.

How are you guys doing? very sorry. It has been a long time that I haven't posted any information here. Also, very happy to know that people like my post. Yes, time flies, I have been in Canada for four years. update my info: got driver license, had a home and car, found a job and still study in Camosun. busy everyday. And, very lucky, I have made some good friends in Victoria. There were lots of things happen to me in these years, indeed. So far, still love Victoria. nice weather and nice people if it compares with China's. Yeah, sometimes we will get upset from not friendly people, but it happens and I don't really care about it. just keep working hard and enjoy Victoria's simple life. I hope everybody could find his or her own new life in Victoria.
