Our Purdy’s team at Willowbrook Shopping Centre is looking for a Team Lead to joing them ASAP!
This leadership position reports to the Management of the store. the Team LEad would work with the Management team to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general store operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of Purdy's Chocolates. This role may encompass providing day-to-day direction to staff, however, will not be responsible for hiring or discipline of staff in the store.
Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.
We are looking for a Team Lead who is:
Positive, willing to learn, able to embrace new challenges
Self-motivated, driven for results
Passionate about chocolate
Enthusiastic about selling a quality product

我现在在蛋糕厂打工,开始给蛋糕就要,现在如果打工的时候吃过了,那回家的时候就不拿了,一是吃的我烧心,二是严格听从家里领导指示不能吃太多蛋糕
我有个同学原来在巧克力厂打工,说打工的时候饿了就从机器上扣块巧克力吃

1. Produce quality breads and pastries
2. Follow regional bakery standards
3. Develop new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity
4. Train production personal to the highest standard in the company
5. Production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
6. Maintain equipment and facility in accordance with our cleanness and safety standards
7. Follow Team Leaders distribution of duties based on business needs
8. Ensure the safe handling of all food items in accordance with HACCP procedure
9. Maintain all production modules in the DataPax system
10. Other duties as assigned
11. Maintain a safe and sanitary department. Report all life safety and fire hazards to your Team Leader for correction. Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations. Report all accidents and injuries to your Team Leader or Store Leadership immediately.
