Looking for Pre-Apprentice Carpenters (Material Handler) that are: Very Hard Working, Can Follow Directions Properly, Willing to Learn new Tasks, Willing to go the Extra Mile to get ahead.
Were looking for candidates that want that apprenticeship, and candidates that any well respected company would be happy to employ.
Also looking for Apprentice Carpenters that are familiar with multiple aspects of the trade. More site specific stuff would be: Familiar With All Power Tools, Good at Framing, Good With Rain Screen, Papering, and Propper Membrane Details. Also must be fairly knowledgeable with Hardi Board, and 100% willing to learn new things, and new ways to do things.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Must have the ability to work various shifts including weekends. From making and stripping beds, dusting, vaccuming, removing/replenishing linens, removal of garbage and restocking of items in the room for the next guest checking in.
