... the national occupancy rate for hotels is 75%. I suppose it is possible that the rate would be as low as 40-50% but in my opinion that is highly unlikely. I have probably done about 50 hotels in my EB-5 reports, many of which have successfully attracted investor capital, and not a single study has ever used such a low occupancy rate.

Also, please remember to note that our estimated occupancy rate is expected to be significantly better than the average Inland Empire rate because we will be located next to the Big League Dreams. Hotels located next to currently operating Big League Dreams have very positive occupancy rates. Not only that, but the new Aquatic Center will also contribute to the visitors to Gateway Center and the Hotel.
