可能性有,但是估计不会是很新的房子。呵呵,因为楼主的想法跟我基本接近,但是这样的full finished的地下室walk out的房子,2600尺基本在65万-70万了,这也算是好offer了,很多还要高。我的打算是先买一个大点的house,哪怕地下室unfinished都不要紧,攒点钱以后慢慢装,否则现在买个小的,以后想改也没空间改了。呵呵

卡城和大多地区两回事,卡城不少年房价稳定了

市场上房子就那么多,就和山野说的似的,价格,地点定了,选择余地没多大,呵呵

卡城的房事未来趋势是什么样,打算2013年买套2600尺左右的独立屋。预算在50万加币左右,带WALK OUT 地下室的。
这价格很好,现在好像都没有啊。

我老板想在我家附近购房,发现2000尺以上都超过46万了。去年让她买,她说等等,没办法现在只好降低要求了。

家里2居室的condo有点挤了,决定在西南买套独立屋。看来看去还是来到了西边,房源其实不少,但是前后看了2个来月,真的满意的其实也就1-2套(这东西其实就这样,前面看了觉得不错,下一次看到一个更好的,就觉得前面那个不行了,后来看的慢慢推翻前面看的,然后再被再后面的推翻,来来去去总算看上了一个叫上经纪打算下offer。

那房子在MLS上挂了5个月了,至少显示出来的一直是无人问津,看看面积位置朝向交通都算不错,就决定出手试试水深。谁知转天早上传来噩耗。。。这套挂了近半年的房子就在我打算下offer前一天被人下了offer(连我出价竞争的机会都没有),现在直接处于pending阶段。。。换句话说,除非买家放弃,否则就算你加价买卖主都不能卖你。。。直至刚才,最终宣判,sold了,可惜买主不是我。。。哎

最近这一周发现那个地区的成交量上升明显,很多我之前看过但是不甚满意的也都pending了。。。而且基本也都在50-70万这个价位区间,不知是不是低利率促进作用,但是貌似没啥降价的势头。。。


哎,想买套房子也那么难。。。

这个价格在我现在住的这个区简直就是不可能买到的。我这个区一般1900尺的,walk out,在我家100米之内的都要60万左右。

我们家是2060尺,都买了50万,但是主要优势是坐在饭厅就看到一片绿草,而且过了绿草地就是中学,中学对面是小学。昨天看了报纸说今年和明天卡加利的房价都会涨2.2%和2.4%,不知道是否真的

还是喜欢住公寓的说。习惯了一个平面的生活,总觉得上楼下楼的不方便。跟LG商量好了,等孩子长大了咱就搬去公寓住。
