Firstly the litigation needs to find out what Mr. Jason Kenney did in the past.
1, his illegal actions are as following:
C50-Bill done not give the right to the Minister to concern the past immigrant applications while Mr. Jason Kenney let the bill passed thus the pre-C50 cases are
stalled. So here his MI-1 and MI-2 are over the authorization of the base of the immigration bill. In other words Mr. Jason Kenney is illegal.
