They say people with less confidence always do that because they need to be validated from others... they are seeking for validation/more attention from others. But a mature person won't feel upset for others' disagreement; they do not seek for extra attention or validation from others either.

?是缺乏自信、缺乏安全感的?故。对上了年纪的人可能不适用，老年人需要被需要，和信心无关，只是想体现自己活着还是有点价值

你说的是对的，一个人几十年了，不可能改变性格，所以劝LZ的话基本没作用。

你说的也是对的，事情本身是这么个事，道理也是这个道理，可是，都知道熬夜不好，这不都熬着么。
