事实上老外客人都是这么说的，除非没听清楚，才会特地说100 and 27

这个问题正好上ESL时当地老师有讲过，一般他们都不用and，当然她说用了也可以。就是说两种都对。

我专门注意了CBC和CNN播报，他们都是有and的，的确本地土人都不知道什么语法，把俚语当书面语的太多了。

英语单词中的C，有时候读S音，有时候读K音。比如：process, cell, coat, can。同样的例子，不胜枚举。德语拼写早已进行此类改革，如：将ph改为f，将c改为k或s等。英语词汇来源复杂，读音规则非常混乱，极不合理，有人已提出，英文应该进行拼写改革：

As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5- year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English".

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c".. Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.. The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f".. This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

我们上ElSA课的老师说，两种说法都可以。100 AND 27,没有and也可以.甚至如果还有人反应不过来，老师直接报数字：one two seven.
有时候去月末买公交月卡，那个店员还经常会说：one ten.(110元一张)。
语言这东西，是用来交流的，不用刻意语法，说出去别人听得懂，人家说的你听得懂就行。你不可能想好一句话的语法结构然后再说，也不可能听完全部人家说的一句话，分析语法后在脑子里理解。直接抓关键词理解意思对答就行了。

雅思6分是小学五六年级的水平，7分是初中生，8分是高中生

CLB 7或者雅思6分
测试达到CLB7，生活中对话，工作中交流，学术上写作都一样会有困难。

这个正确，雅思6 clb 7 应该不是太难吧，而且要求 G 类！！！

考试和应用区别之大，只有来了经历了才能体会。
我自己的CLB7和印度同学CLB7的水平相差至少两个等级。她的雅思7.5，我的雅思7，考试分差也不如生活中的应用来的明显。我很清楚地感觉表达意思时被词汇限制。当然如果词汇很强大，又有很好的语感，那也许CLB考试7或8，但实际应用可以达到9-10.

如果你是我小学的英文老师多好阿，我当年总是忘记在第三人称后面的动词加S,被老师骂很多次屡教不改，骂的狗血淋头，直到现在也没能改过。
