写了封信去投诉:

On Nov. 2013, I applied for your internet/TEL service through your sales Michelle Wang, on Dec 11, Your technician came to installed both Internet and Tel. Internet has been very slow, and a phone # 6042708588 was assigned. He charged us extra $75.

We put the 6042708588 on all ads, signs and name cards. On Jan 2nd, 2014, 6042708588 sounds "not in service". I called service line many many times, was told we can use 6042708588, instead we have to use 6042440885, which there was no dial tone. On Jan 3rd a technician came to check and found that last technician connected the wrong cable, that is the reason there was no dial tone and internet was so slow.

Your service is totally unacceptable, worst I have ever seen. We strongly require give us 6042708588 back because we put already the # on all the signs, ads and name cards. And we need to get $75 rebate, because last technician made a huge mistake. Otherwise I will post your lousy service behavior on Facebook, Twitter and Chinese Twitter

我若是你, 不会放上威胁的字句。 而是用暗示的。比如, I am sure my story will get a lot of responses if it goes on social networks。。。。Certainly not a result to be appreciated by Telus which is a company that I believe, cares their service quality and integrity.

有些地方的文法可以修饰一下。 总的来说还是挺好的。加油, 祝福下。

这里面有几个错误:

1)商业部和居民部是不同的部门。不能混谈。

2)你找的人不靠谱,是居民部的。她明知不能做,还是为了自己利益,坚持试试看,当公司的规定是假的。公司其他部门是认真的,发现不能装就是不能装。她这一搏,浪费的是客户的时间和利益

3)也正是因为她,因为她无力可图了,估计转给商业部门,因为她不愿意在你身上,浪费更多时间,把你的要求也没转达清楚,最后导致电话号码丢失。

所以,楼主,找对人,才能办对事。下次用Shaw,可以找我。

中午有个也是印度口音极重的打电话给我,说会调查一下。我问他们在哪里办公,他说在印度

最後威脅的那一句純屬沒必要.
而且, 真要威脅, 也是投訴到BBB或者CRTC.
我覺得樓主應該要求的賠償不是75的安裝費, 而是因為telus的失誤而給你帶來的損失. 比如因為internet和電話的不穩定而造成的業務上的損失, 比如給你錯誤的電話號碼而導致你在廣告,印刷品, 宣傳卡片, 名片等上的額外開銷等.

寫這種投訴信件, 一定要建立在相信對方能夠完滿解決的基礎上. 如果你自己不信任telus會妥善解決, 那寫這信做什麼? 所以無謂的威脅沒什麼用. 應該強調的是自己作為telus的長期用戶, 對telus的服務的不滿意, 希望telus能夠改進, 否則客服可能就會流失到競爭對手去了.

1)电话号码问题
很奇怪,丢失电话号码,和没有dial tone没有丝毫关系。电话号码,在你的帐户下,哪怕不用也是可以用的。说明,一开始,这个电话号码就没有assign给你。

安装好,为什么自己就没有试一下电话?给自己打个电话,立马知道电话号码试什么了。如果当时出现问题,可以马上解决,不会一直拖到现在。

2)威胁口气
这种不好。不拿威胁的口气,有问题,公司也会处理。加拿大同事,告诉我,这里处理纷争,好好说话即可,不要动不动威胁,好好说话,人家也会好好处理,和恶言恶语的说话的结果是一样的。大公司,有客户邮件,都会一一调查解决的。

今天TELUS又两次打电话来(也是浓重的印度英语),说:
1,会把原来的6042708588 还回给我,我说要不要上门安装,他们说不用,后台那里设置一下就行了(这跟之前说的完全无法恢复,要恢复只有重新安装,并且每月要收两条线路的钱 大相径庭)
2,多收的$75会退回给我们
3,再三道歉
