写了封信去投诉:
On Nov. 2013, I applied for your internet/TEL service through your sales Michelle Wang, on Dec 11, Your technician came to installed both Internet and Tel. Internet has been very slow, and a phone # 6042708588 was assigned. He charged us extra $75.
We put the 6042708588 on all ads, signs and name cards. On Jan 2nd, 2014, 6042708588 sounds "not in service". I called service line many many times, was told we can use 6042708588, instead we have to use 6042440885, which there was no dial tone. On Jan 3rd a technician came to check and found that last technician connected the wrong cable, that is the reason there was no dial tone and internet was so slow.
Your service is totally unacceptable, worst I have ever seen. We strongly require give us 6042708588 back because we put already the # on all the signs, ads and name cards. And we need to get $75 rebate, because last technician made a huge mistake. Otherwise I will post your lousy service behavior on Facebook, Twitter and Chinese Twitter
