我之前没收到信说收到我的补料，我是寄快递的，邮局的网站有显示收件人姓名，今天的信上面提到是八月十三日收到我的补料的

我也收到了下面相同的电邮。
背景：
2014.8.12 寄出补料，包括中加两地无犯罪证明（俺的速度很快，自我陶醉一下）
2014.8.13 邮局网页显示CIC收到
2014.10下旬：电话CIC问他们收到补料信没有，他们说把request转给处理中心，然后给回复。
2014.10.28 我们就收到了下面的信。

非理性分析：这个信就是个屁。放出来，什么意义也没有，却引起骚动。我估计就是打电话询问CIC了，他们就给了屁，让你闻一下，证明CIC还有人在干活。

再等等吧。悲观地说，保守党代表了保守本土主义，不太喜欢老人移民。乐观地说，俺在中国从小村混进大城市，党和政府也没有给俺父母转城市户口的机会，加拿大毕竟给了条路，让父母移民过来 -- 这样想一下，自我Q一下吧。

看了你朋友的email，那只是说收到了你朋友的补料，跟我收到的平邮是不一样的，收到平邮的朋友的信中都提到了材料complete，排队等候处理

The ppl sent in End of July got response less than 3 month
The ppl received by mid Aug got response a bit more than 3 month
Hope I can receive anything before the end of this year. (Received in Aug 22)
