8月18日寄出的canadapost express mail 至今心都悬着，邮局网没显示收到，call给邮局他们说 没签字但是已经送到，给cic 两周前打电话agant 也不能确认，结果10号早上就收到了cic类似的邮件

Canada post 记录显示 cic 8月5日收到，有人签收。

我想问问你是收到的平信，还是邮件。我的材料也是8月18日投递到CIC的。

我也收到了下面相同的电邮。
背景：
2014.8.12 寄出补料，包括中加两地无犯罪证明（俺的速度很快，自我陶醉一下）
2014.8.13 邮局网页显示CIC收到
2014.10下旬：电话CIC问他们收到补料信没有，他们说把request转给处理中心，然后给回复。
2014.10.28 我们就收到了下面的信。

非理性分析：这个信就是个屁。放出来，什么意义也没有，却引起骚动。我估计就是打电话询问CIC了，他们就给了屁，让你闻一下，证明CIC还有人在干活。

再等等吧。悲观地说，保守党代表了保守本土主义，不太喜欢老人移民。乐观地说，俺在中国从小村混进大城市，党和政府也没有给俺父母转城市户口的机会，加拿大毕竟给了条路，让父母移民过来 -- 这样想一下，自我Q一下吧。

我就在密市旁边，和密市属于同一个区的，信上面的日期是11月6日
