我其实有一点还是不太明白，为什么大家都认为温哥华比多伦多还贵很多呢？
就拿三千尺双车库新房来说，高贵林150万，兰里或枫树岭100万到120万。
相对的，旺市或奥克维尔150万，aurora或new market大概100到120万吧。
和高贵林同样距离的列治文山和万锦，大概要200万了。
现在的市场，妥妥的温哥华比多伦多便宜。目前的情况是，除非全国只能在多伦多找到工作，别的地方肯定要失业，否则果断不选多伦多啊。

冬天开车很难受
我是计算时间的，九点半到公司，从高贵林或者旺市出发，到union或者waterfront，时间差不多。
总不能拿多伦多两小时的地方和温哥华一小时的地方比房价吧？
UBC温西24街的大陆移民4000尺豪宅，空置了很久几乎没有住过
如果再不卖，一年地税+保险+空置税+维护，快20万了。

关于枫树嶺的那套房子有点误导，实际上卖的只是一个Lot（22号）上面带一个Floor plan的房子。地只有三千多尺，房子还没影子，要明年夏天才建成。这个价格不包地下室，将来finish面积只有2300尺左右。要是做Basement 再加五万五
另外这个新小区与高贵林的小区没有可比性。高贵林Burke mountain 山上的房子地大一些，基本上都有View，去温哥华方向至少可以节省二十分钟的路程
