坚决不看中国经济挂牌的房子
找白人老头老太太经济,看白人Downsize的盘

能做到上面三点,同样品质的房子,至少可以节省15%的房价

你的苦恼可能在于:只看中国经济推荐的在中国移民内部流转的房子
不啊,从来没看过任何中国经纪推荐的房子啊(我的经纪是朋友她从来不push我的)。我英语还可以,都是自己从mls和rew.ca直接找。限定的区域限定的价位下,房子数量很有限,稍微顺眼一点的就很难很难砍下价来。

150万的房子能砍到120万,肯定是虚报高价,看地段和年龄,周围交易价格一查就知道了.楼主说的都是比较极端的交易价格,当然前几年几乎看不到这么降价的.

100-150万,20年以内的独立屋,是华人置业的同温层,在这个同温层内,彼此残杀非常残酷。

如果能跳出这个同温层,就会感觉非常舒服,比如,以前300的房子,现在200就能买到,或者80年的老破小,以前150,现在100就能买到,然后再花80彻底重建。

多伦多新建豪斯稍好一点的都是10尺。 100万在多伦多可以新建一个4000呎,连地下室6000呎的豪斯,包括你说的所有东西,除了3个厨房。 (一个豪斯为什么要3个厨房?一个厨房一个酒吧足矣。)
