我是犹太医院，我们住的是半私人，事先给保项公司确认过的，semi-private，肯定是免费的了，你若是纯粹私人private，保险公司只付一部分，你自己是要付的。
没错，我们家二小姐连维他命D都要收费，后来我赶紧让公司跟保险公司加了我们家二小姐的名字进入我的家庭保险计划，这样就免费了，若按刚来的时候，我们用的是政府的免费医疗保险，所以当时大小姐第二天就领到了免费维他命D了，你们家二少爷也要这么操作的，赶紧去吧。
有了非政府保险的是麻烦很多。

维他命D是非处方药保险也能cover? 我已经自己掏钱买了(100%全价). 怎样去领免费维他命D?

看样子，你是没经验啊，这里的孩子大概是6岁以下，只要医生开具了处方，维他命D都是免费的，不过基本1岁以后医生很少给开处方，但是一岁之前，儿科医生都可以给你开具处方。
还有从医院出院的时候，医院首先就会给你一个大概半年左右的处方，你没收到？那你赶紧联系你的儿科医生，她们会给你处方的。
不过我还没去买呢，我们的保险公司是不是仅仅支付80%也很难说，反正第一年拿政府的保险的时候是全免的，我们大小姐都喝了一年的免费维他命D,一年之后，儿科医生说，因为开始喝3.25%的牛奶，就不用添加维他命D了.

Salaried workers

To qualify for benefits under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be the parent of a child born or adopted on or after January 1, 2006;
• Reside in Québec at the start of the benefit period;
• Have stopped working or seen a reduction of at least 40% in your usual employment income (salary);
• Have at least $2,000 in insurable income (income taken into account for benefit calculation purposes) during the reference period (period during which the income you earned is considered in determining the benefit amount; this period is usually 52 weeks), regardless of the number of hours worked;
• Be required to pay premiums under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan.

Self-employed workers

To qualify for benefits under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan, you must meet all of the following conditions:

CLSC护士在出院后第一个工作日就来家访了，这点比上次CDN区的护士负责多了，因为大家都认识，所以很自然，她还总是夸奖孩子和妈妈。
倒是问的问题并不亚于在犹太医院生产的时候。基本都是围绕生产之后，孩子和妈妈的状况，以及教怎么做好接下来的事情，同时约下次家访和打疫苗时间，介绍和预约儿科医生等等事项。

这回才体现出来了吃福利的好处了。
刚来的时候没工作，政府提供了免费医疗保险，新生儿一年的维他命D免费，而如今工作了，每月不但要交不少保险费，而且维他命D也要照付20%的钱。是不是不太公平？

今天收到联邦税局来信，至此，竟然今年孩子的牛奶金，魁省和联邦的总共减去一大半了，smartrobby，你两个孩子的算出来了吧，我的二小姐申请才寄，也不知道两个孩子有没有以前一个孩子那么多了，悲惨啊。
