不过我过去的都是在石化，化工，自动化，浮法玻璃机械方面的企业里面，其他的企业我也感兴趣，尤其 heavy equipment mechanic
他们一般要证书：比如4th class Power engineer, 或者P engineer.
我暂时还没有。

不过，您的方法非常好，把这些工作都列在一个贴子里面，看起来不仅漂亮，还实用，我还不会呢！得向您多学习！

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team in an organization of innovation, growth and change. This position requires a dedicated individual to perform preventative maintenance, provide support for the facility's HVAC systems and perform repairs and general housekeeping activities.​

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:​

• Responsible for ensuring that all steam and H.V.A.C systems are operating to set parameters, while meeting ASME code and BC Boiler Safety Authority Standards
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of equipment and complete all necessary documentation
• Provide backup with review of preventative maintenance records to ensure PMs are performed and documented properly
• Develop and/or assist in developing preventative maintenance standards and methods for equipment
• Ensure all building control systems are functioning as specified and the facility is in a well maintained state

• Assist Quality Assurance in investigating irregularities concerning the preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities systems
• Perform documentation reviews to ensure compliance and maintains all necessary logs and records within the area of responsibility
• Understand and comply with applicable city, municipal and federal building, plumbing and electrical codes.​

Qualifications, experience and skills ​

• Minimum 2-3 years of preventative maintenance experience, preferably in a regulated field
• Technical Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 5th Class Boiler Certification with Refrigeration Endorsement
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals
• Knowledgeable of city, municipal and federal codes
• Clear understanding of lockout procedures and chemical hazards
• Strong computer skills, experience with CMMS an asset​

Responsibilities
The incumbent may perform minor plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs not requiring trade certification, may operate and maintain the building heating system not requiring provincial heating certification, operate Direct Digital Control Systems; monitor geothermal heat pump and aquatic pool systems.

Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have: completion of the 12th school grade supplemented by related technical courses at a vocational institute, plus some related experience in building maintenance operation and preferably a Pool Operator’s and/or Refrigeration Operator Certificate OR an equivalent combination of training and experience; a good knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in swimming pool, refrigeration, ice making operations, building maintenance and cleaning as well as plumbing, carpentry, electrical and heating equipment and services; good written and oral communication skills. A current BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence and BC Safety Authority Refrigeration Safety Awareness Certificate are required. Previous work in a recreation facility is preferred.

6. Utilizes the Building Management System to identify malfunctions in noted equipment where appropriate and to stop and start remote equipment as appropriate.

7. May be required to perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the classification.

Qualifications

BC Fourth Class Power Engineer. Formal training and considerable experience in refrigeration and/or air-conditioning and/or mechanical maintenance. BC Trades Qualification or Inter-Provincial Trades Qualification certificate as a Refrigeration Mechanic, Millwright or other related trade. Skill in operating a metal turning lathe, machine tools, and skill in welding and brazing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using oxyacetylene and electric welding equipment are required.

A tradesman may be hired without a BC Power Engineer 4th Class Certificate but will be encouraged and expected to obtain this Certificate within three (3) years.

UBC will sponsor the applicant for the cost of course materials, tuition fees, exam costs and the ability to gain hiring time.

Any employee who does not obtain a BC Power Engineer 4th Class Certificate within three (3) years shall have their hourly wage rate reduced by five (5%) until the employee does obtain the Certificate.
