Our cases have already been delayed for more than 30 days since 14, June. They are not requiring for updated documents. They are waiting for identifying us. I think our cases should be finalized before 14 Oct. We are in the same situation with Mr. Liang. They can do it. Recently, the visa officer in Hong Kong has finalized many cases within 3-5 months of starting of the S2 stage. The statistic shows that the MI(2011) applications in Beijing were finalized within 30 days of the receipt of medical examination reports.(

I remember Mr. Jason Kenney has said that the visa officers can process one common case in several days. I will provide the link later if I find it. The 180 days are a period half year. I wonder why CIC can abuse the judgment. I hope my case be finalized soon to avoid being terminated by another new law. Please consider it. Thank you.
