这里讲的我猜应该是京都的樱花节（樱花祭）吧。。。
日本的樱花祭不为祭祀不为悼念，其实是为了咏叹为了盛赞。类似嬉春，但是带着日本人特有的京都怀旧的自持。落下的樱花雪被日本人认为是留住最美好的事物的瞬间，樱花瓣被用在食物料理，衣着服饰，甚至贴面花样上，是美丽化作永恒的象征。
我觉得答案应该是A。
