根据照片分析事故过程：红车变线没做SHOULDER CHECK,，在楼主与红车几乎并排的时候，红车往左变道（此时楼主车速应该快于红车，或者是发现可能撞车，做的提速？），并撞上楼主车右后，然后本能打回方向，停车

照片完全不可能得出是楼主变线的可能

楼主可参考这位网友的意见，完全有可能纠正之前的结论
另外，自己查查ICBC网站，我记得有个申诉的程序。

它说的移动是不是说对方车开得好好的然后你跑到对方车道里撞了对方的车然后你又开回了你自己的车道，然后对方车也跟着你开到你的车道？

你可以找它的manager review, 然后你可以申请indepdendent review.

实在不行你还可以去小额法庭告对方司机。对方司机如果愿意为了几千块钱搞个perjury玩玩那就陪它玩呗。

赞成此分析. 从条件反射而言, 你被闯只可能往左闪逼, 对方闯车后只可能往右闪 , 不可能再往左跟进, 但他的车仍占左道. 因此极可能是他偏离正道闯车.
你设法在网上发贴或张贴寻找目击者. 幸许当日后面跟车中有华人车主能站出来作证. 有的人装有行车记录仪, 能找到就更好. ICBC好些ADJUSTER并非好鸟, 指望他们秉公办事有如缘木求鱼.

这种事故就算找律师后可能也需要找证据. 不论如何处理, 前提是不能同意ICBC各打五十的处理办法.

actually there is a high chance that ICBC will pay you even before you sue.
you just need to remember to ask for written result from the manager review. and written result of the independent Claims Assessment Review. you have to act fast, there is a time limit.
