重点是:第6任房东1989年,107.5万买入,第8任房东2001年,105万买入。上一次温哥华房产大熊市从1989年到2001年,12年时间,第6任和第7任房东都在这房子上赔钱了。第8任房东用了18年时间吃到了整条中国改革开放人口红利大鱼,毛利300万。第9任接盘的房东,和后面的第10任房东,都要给第8任房东擦桌子,收餐余,付饭钱了。
