  超简单 从邮编就能查到你家的地震风险

  想查看自家地震风险到底有多大,现在又有了一个简单的办法。去年,加拿大西安大略大学(University of Western Ontario)减少灾难损毁研究所(Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction)的研究员给出了一张清晰的表格(请见图),根据邮政编码为加拿大全境的地震风险划分等级,卑诗省西南部有13个邮政编码被划为“极高”等级。大家可以根据自家的邮政编码对号入座,看看是否处于“危险地带”。

  从图中可以发现,被ICLR划分为“极高”等级的13个邮政编码包括V7B,温哥华国际机场所在地,其他位于列治文、三角洲和维多利亚。处于“非常高”风险地段的包括三角洲的V4L和枫叶岭(Maple Ridge)的V4R,阿博斯福(Abbotsford)的V2S和V2T以及北温的V7P均处于“高风险”地带。

18年8月house已经是跌势了,炒家为何还高价买?然后不到3个月又卖?会不会是买时首期很少,当时买卖两家是一伙,从银行得到大量贷款从而牟利?
我觉得没那么复杂,失手而已。A股上证6000点还有人买进呢。没有对后市看法的分歧就没有买卖成交。
