背老师还是不能明白啊，我再用国会监察委员会主席民主党纳德勒和穆勒在听证会上的对话来说明：强奸未遂也是罪。有犯罪动机和犯罪行为奏最够鸟。到银行莫抢到钱，依然是犯鸟抢劫罪。密老师奏表乱比鸟，省省吧。
穆勒说，床铺总统任期结束后，可能被治罪。
纳德勒：”你的报告有没有指出川普犯有妨碍司法罪？“ 穆勒：”没有“。
纳德勒：”你的报告有没有为川普的妨碍司法罪洗清罪名？“ 穆勒：”没有“。
这段对话和我上面的比方一模一样的逻辑。
再看穆勒和华裔议员Ted Liuo的对话：
Ted Liuo:“ 川普有罪，你是否因为司法部有不控诉总统的规定而不予起诉？”；穆勒：”是“。中间休息后，穆勒紧急申明更正了自己的回答，没有川普有罪的指控。
两组对话穆勒表达的非常清楚，川普是无罪的。
“穆勒说，床铺总统任期结束后，可能被治罪”，任何一位卸任总统都可能被治罪，如果川普被治罪，至少不是因为这次调查。
穆勒和背老师一样，都是川黑，”未脱罪，卸任后可治罪“在法律上毫无意义，只是给媒体和民主党一个攻击川普的话柄。

背老师，我用一个共和党议员的发言回答你：事实是报告莫有证明床铺清白嘛。报告恰恰是关于床铺的不清白。
没有人在法律之上，包括总统；人人享有法律赋予的权利，也包括总统。
无罪推论适用于平民，也适用于川普。穆勒报告没有发现通俄罪、没有指控妨碍司法罪，川普就是清白无罪的，不需要穆勒报告来证明，也不需要穆勒你来证明。
