I used to speak eight different languages/dialects fluently as a kid, but only five today.

分享一个以前不知道的表达方式。not that I know of。

我们工作中经常会问病人的过敏史：do you have any allergies? 我本以为no或I don't think so会是很直接的回答。但是很多native speakers会说 not that I know of. 我理解对应的中文意思应该是“据我所知没有”。有谁可以补充，讲解一下吗？

以前一个工作，我们一个项目组三个人都是中国人，工作时安要求要讲英语。需要讨论时，我们找个会议室，讲汉语，慢慢地，在会议室之外也讲汉语。一年多时间不怎么讲英语。后来觉得讲英语更难了。
后来换了一个工作，同一个办公室的小伙还是一个中国人。但我们约定任何情况下，我们都要讲英语。
我目前的团队里，没有中国人，只能讲英语。最近觉得英语很有长进。
