Advices to Expat managers

Know local culture is to have access to local people. Difference is richness but it’s only with empathy and common languages that you fully connect to people.
Spend days, days to talk to people. Know their job, family, motivation factor. Ask for improvement areas.
2.[FONT="] [/FONT]Construct trust relationship as an urgency.
As new comer/boss you have to build the new team with great sense of urgency. It’s only after the teambuilding and full trust relations that you can build a future with YOUR eam.
