本那笔中学附近，16年上半年房子最高点能卖255W；18年同街有成交145W的。同样房型，都是60年代那种楼梯进入的老旧房子。
而同街15年前大地旧房才130W，重建新房，卖了快1年，17年12月 265W sold。

楼上有人说那帮炒房的赌人民币贬值一倍。如果不是那样，而是这样：人民币汇率不贬，甚至反升，但是外汇很难出来，那么楼市怎么样？会更惨吧？
