工签不受影响,是跟BC学的,早就想到。学生在四年之内移民。还是有一定的限制的。
因为现在就算留学生分数达到可以移民,算上工签两年,EOI排队一年,也要到大四才买房。

就像之前说的,措施力度有限。关键是信心,信心是金。
如果大家相信政府被迫必须出手打房,而且每个季度定期review,有需要还可以再加码。
如果多数人的预期都是下降,房价就得降。
 
真正的国外买家有多少?
我早就说了,安省真正的外国买家不多,最多也就是留学生。
但是不要忽视他们所起到的的鲶鱼效应,特别是他们不向加拿大报税,对于收入和逃税的审查比本地居民松,更容易把房子抢高。

另外,就是心理作用,如果知道竞争少了,买家就不那么着急了。

我的理解是还是必须最终要移民才可以退。只是留学是必须只是两年以上的。如果真的不需要移民,那这项措施,根本是没有用。

我的理解是还是必须最终要移民才可以退。只是留学是必须只是两年以上的。如果真的不需要移民,那这项措施,根本是没有用。
很多留学生是毕业后给2年的工签。

顶多下调一点吧?能挤出这两年的泡沫就算大成功了。
觉得不可能政府出手把房市弄得崩盘狂跌,大家都不傻,崩盘风险太大,受不起。
真崩盘的时候是市场自己撑不住了才会崩,而且是没人希望崩的时候的不得不崩。
就好像酒喝得太多,要吐,那是谁也止不住的吐。
