Hi, Lucy, I have several questions below during my application. Hope you can help me. The background for our case is: we (both my husband and I) will invite his parents to come to Canada. They are farmers, his father has no job, Mother has a temporary job in a factory. My husband has a brother and a sister both married. Both my husband and I are working full time, annual income is $70,000.00, but the NOA for 2013 is $49,000.00.
How do you think our successful rate? The questions are below:
1. Are you dependent on someone financially? The answer should be “no”, right? Even we pay everything, but they do have their house and land.
2. Do we need to mention that his mother is working temporarily?
3. How much is appropriate for Funds available for my stay (CAD)?
4. Does IMM 5257 needs signature? So the applicants need electronic signatures, right? Where can I upload?
5. If my husband and I both invite my parents’ in-law to Canada, do I need to provide our marriage license?
6. What is Itinerary, Travel? (Does it mean travel schedule?)
7. The purpose of travel should be separate from the travel schedule with a different letter?
8. “Proof of income and employment letter” means ours’ employment letters, right?
9. “Proof of means of financial support” means money in the bank and our NOA?
10. Do we need the IMM 5713 use of a family member representative for online applications?

If her wage is very good, then you can mention it.

$1,0000 for each person.

NO need for signature if you apply online.

5. If my husband and I both invite my parents’ in-law to Canada, do I need to provide our marriage license?
Yes, you need to provide marriage certificate.

6. What is Itinerary, Travel? (Does it mean travel schedule?)
It means travel schedule and fight tickets booked (if you have).

7. The purpose of travel should be separate from the travel schedule with a different letter?
purpose of travel is similar to travel schedule, but you need to add travel plan and planned sites of visiting.

8. “Proof of income and employment letter” means ours’ employment letters, right?
means "theirs" if they have jobs.

9. “Proof of means of financial support” means money in the bank and our NOA?
means their bank savings. you can add your bank savings and your NOA to help.

10. Do we need the IMM 5713 use of a family member representative for online applications?

If your father is principal applicant, then he does not need IMM5713, only his dependant (your mother) needs to fill,sign and scan IMM5713. vice versa.

他们没房产，白本护照，有存款，退休证，退休金，医保卡，开了冻结存款证明10万和存款5万。
我和孩子孩子爸爸在加4年了，孩子爸爸自雇，我没工作。
他们这样状况是不是办理旅游好一些？
我们准备的邀请信是他们自担费用。
我填了半天表，总纠结怕填错

探亲签证被拒后　可以再申请旅游签证，这个没有问题。
不涉及到亲属关系交代不清问题。

已经有人实践过了，探亲被拒，　后办旅游签证，来加旅游一段时后回国间，　后来在国内再办探亲签证，已经拿到。

本坛网友leona-zhang，最近也遇到同样情况：“前两次办探亲都被拒了，所以这次申请旅游签证.”但在有美签情况下，父母3000旅游签，依然被拒。
类似情况，究竟继续探亲签好，还是旅游签更好？
有人说，既然有美签了，就可改申请加拿大旅游签；
有人说，签证是持续过程，每一次都要和上一次相连，3签要和1签2签有连贯性。1签2签是探亲，3签应是探亲才妥。
孰优孰劣，敬请探讨。。。

我感觉第三次申请还是要包含探亲的 项目，不然别人会怀疑 你们一直要探亲，为啥突然不探亲了，是不是申请做假。
