安全检测合格云云~~~

昨天，巧遇兩位上仙奕棋，闲话世俗麻房...

A:我之前问过CIBC和BMO，银行对大麻屋不贷款。
B:我问过Vancity，如果是修复并通过政府检验，他们说可以，不过贷款的额度比正常的房子低一些。

A:他们知道大麻屋，大银行不贷款，没有竞争，没有最低利率，要和不要，随客户。
B:上一次看了一个十几年前种过草的房子，去问了问贷款的事情，不过没有说到利率的问题。

A:大麻屋的贷款利率是不是和普通的不一样呢。您问好后，说说看呀。

版友coldplay的经纪金玉良言，可谓苦口婆心，赞！

coldplay：这房子我经纪劝我别碰，在city没有备案的大麻屋反而是更危险的，卖方经纪所有信息都来自屋主，屋主说种草2个月没人能证明到底是不是真的只有2个月。另外如果是在city备案的大麻屋，必须得到全面整修通过检测才能拿到occupant permit。没有备案就会有隐藏风险，除非你自己花钱做彻底检测才能知道结果。另外这种city没有备案，但又在property disclosure statement提到种草的银行贷款很难。有备案又拿到occupant permit的麻屋银行还是可以想办法的。
