一般一年去一次美国买东西，每次白卡多过期，美国海关从没说过一句废话，进去从新办一次，从来不把过期的卡交回去。

飛機入境美國不貼小白條，6個月之內都可以視同有有效的小簽證，無需貼小白條。6個月之後再陸路入境美國就需要花6元及打指模辦理小白條了。
我不在温哥华，但每个机场都有海关的，我是到我们这边机场专门入境美国的通道问的，人让我交到一个窗口就行了。
我自己撕过2次了，原来要交上去？得亏没扔。但，真这么严重？

白卡后面有三种交回办法：

机场美国出发口附近，办nexus卡的边上。
偶然几次，因为时间还没到期没有把白卡交边境那里的CBSA，后来在到期前不去美国，赶紧就交到机场这里了。
既然是规定，就不要去违反。

飞机现在不要白卡了，陆路还是要。每次快到半年前后，自己交到温哥华机场，在去美国出发的对面，星巴克不远。按规定走不给自己留麻烦。
第一次小白卡过期入美国海关的时候被海关工作人员严肃的说了一顿，说在过期之前要交还给他们。第二次过期不想听美国人叨逼叨自己直接撕掉扔了，过关什么也没说，证明其实美国海关电脑根本就没有小白卡的记录！

以前曾经有过小白条过期被骂，给了一个地址，告诉如果在过期前不能交回海关就自己寄出。说实话，就寄过两次，有时就自己撕下来丢了。

What should I do if I did not turn in my I-94 (Arrival / Departure Record) when I left the U.S.?
It is common and happened in many cases that I94 is not taken out by the airline checking counter at the airport while leaving the USA. You should always check whether airline checking person should take your I94, if not ask him/her to take it.
If for some reason you find that later once you already exit the USA and you send the the original I-94 to the following address:
ACS - USCIS, SBU
P.O Box 7125
London KY 40742-7125
USA
You must include with proof of departure. Suggested proof includes the arrival stamp in one's passport and the boarding pass from the flight. Always keep the copies of any documents submitted. The authorities warns that, without proof of the departure, there is no guarantee that the information will be entered into their system. This is logical, since otherwise, people could send the documentation and claim departure on a different date.
