紫色来自blueberry,打碎加糖,几滴柠檬。

煮成浓稠酱,今天拍照耽误一点点,煮成了膏
,也不碍事。

不用放烘焙纸,不会缩腰,把焦黄面留底,最主要是省下了烘焙纸的钱
。

Whipped cream加入blueberry酱,就成紫cream了。今天留了少量白cream隔开蛋糕胚和紫cream,它们两者相拥会让蛋糕胚变莓色,不介意的也可不必做多这功夫。

裝饰,看剩下的材料,随意发挥。不够草莓围半圈也很诗意。今天特別留多点围成圆圈,代表团圆。字形有待提高,见笑了。
做蛋糕,带有心意,除了美味,还有暖心。
